How can I be sure that my order went through?
Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order. Please note: If your e-mail address was not entered correctly, you will receive an order confirmation number, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.
If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient entered address, will Sugar’s Famous Cookies and Ice Cream reship the item?
Because our products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order and please read our return policy.
Can my order be shipped out on a future date?
If you would like the shipment of your order to be delayed, please choose the desired delivery date on the calendar during the checkout process.
If I place an order will I start receiving mail/email from Sugar’s Famous Cookies and Ice Cream?
During the checkout process there is an option to decline from being added to Sugar’s Famous and Ice Cream Cookies’ mailing list. Recipient information is not added to our mailing lists.
Can I check the status of my order online?
Once our carrier has picked up the order, you will be able to track the shipment of your order by logging in to your account or by tracking your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you on USPS.com
Can I return an item ordered from Sugar’s Famous Cookies and Ice Cream?
Regarding our return policy, due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns. We strive for every customer to love our cookies, but if you do not enjoy them due to personal taste preference, we cannot offer a refund. However, if you receive a damaged product or your order is not as specified, please contact us at Info@sugarsfamouscookies.com, and we will review your case on an individual basis.

We ship USPS 1-3 day Priority Mail, rates vary depending on state or zip code.
