Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy: Please be sure you are not shipping to a residence where a package may be left outside for an extended period. Our cookies are shipped freshly baked and cannot endure an extended period to heat. Be aware that residential deliveries are delivered without requiring a signature. Cookies are best when consumed within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy:

Should there be an error in your order we will gladly re-ship your product at no cost to you. If we are provided the incorrect address unfortunately, we cannot be responsible.  

Allergies:

All our products have come in contact with nuts or oils. If you are allergic to nuts, we recommend you do not consume our products.
